Who we are
A public utility, run like people depend on it. Because they do.
Harrow Creek Water Authority is the not-for-profit utility serving the city of Harrow Creek and its surrounding townships. We operate two treatment plants, 340 miles of pipe, and a wastewater facility that's been rebuilt twice since the 1970s — all funded by what our customers pay, not shareholders.

What customers tell us
Switching to budget billing evened out my winter bills completely. No more dreading the January statement.
I run a small bakery downtown and the backflow testing reminders alone have saved me from a compliance headache twice now. Genuinely useful, not just a form letter.
When our line froze in January, someone actually picked up the emergency line in two rings and had a crew out before noon. That kind of response is rare for a utility.
